In Dusseldorf for a visit with my board to explore future business affiliations and immerse in its vibrant corporate culture.
Dusseldorf is renowned as an international business and financial centre, celebrated for its fashion and corporate headquarters. The city is also known for its influence on electronic/experimental music (Kraftwerk) and boasts a thriving Japanese community.
After a certain period of silence, or rather never any direct communication at company level from my business, it’s time to start living as I advise. I notice that interest is growing in what I do now and what my company offers.
The basic rule remains as always, in silent service, never present a customer’s name or use it in my communication.
I was hoping for a 7-day series of training, but the combination of travel and board meetings made me re-prioritise. Today I double up, training with extra strength. I still live on and feel the energy from building shareholder values at the week’s board meetings. It’s almost tie and hat in the gym today.
It’s 11 AM, and I am ready to make an impression and build a reputation at my first meeting with a company.
I will tell them, dressed in pink with the day’s hat, “everything starts with a presentation”. They will receive the most stunning company presentation they have ever seen of their business if they choose my presentation and management agency.
